Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Investor Reporting Analyst II to join our team at Newrez. As a key member of our mortgage servicing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our investors and customers by ensuring accurate and timely reporting, reconciliation, and resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review monthly investor reports, including cash movements and accounting entries, in accordance with agreements.
  • Investigate and reconcile investor issues and reporting exceptions in a timely manner.
  • Research operational, reporting, or data issues and present solutions or process improvements to management.
  • Provide high-level customer service and ensure overall investor satisfaction.
  • Maintain and follow procedures and controls within the monthly process.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Heavy use of Microsoft Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of Mortgage Servicing experience required; prior Investor Reporting or Default/Loss Mitigation experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of SQL Development experience desired.
