About the Role

Lima One Capital LLC is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust security solutions to protect our systems and data.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, threat intelligence, and incident response. You will work closely with our IT and business teams to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement security solutions to protect our systems and data
  • Conduct threat intelligence and incident response activities to identify and mitigate security risks
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities
  • Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in information technology with a BS or MS in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with industry-recognized certifications
  • Well-rounded knowledge of networking, security, and cloud services
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment
