Investment Reporting Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily and monthly activities for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, FHA, VA, USDA, and Private Investor portfolios, including reporting and reconciliation resolution.
- Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members and contribute to process documentation, automation, and analytical insights.
- Prepare and review monthly investor reports, cash movements, and accounting entries in accordance with agreements.
- Investigate, reconcile, and resolve investor issues and reporting exceptions in a timely manner.
- Research operational, reporting, or data issues and present solutions or process improvements to management.
- Ensure high-level customer service and manage scorecard performance where applicable.
- Maintain and follow procedures and controls within the monthly process.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of Mortgage Servicing experience required; prior Investor Reporting or Default/Loss Mitigation experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of SQL Development experience desired.
