About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Call Center Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from customers to schedule, coordinate, and confirm delivery of merchandise and schedule service/repair calls.
  • Investigate and resolve issues, including service, delivery, bedding, and warranty-related concerns.
  • Approve and process special customer concessions, including returns, credits, adjustments, and exchanges.
  • Make system changes on delivery orders and notify appropriate personnel.
  • Review and act upon manufacturer's warrantied issues, process service appointments, customer returns, and exchanges.
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers with ease.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently, minimum of 35 wpm.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Internet.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Reliability.
