We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Call Center Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from customers to schedule, coordinate, and confirm delivery of merchandise and schedule service/repair calls.
- Investigate and resolve issues, including service, delivery, bedding, and warranty-related concerns.
- Approve and process special customer concessions, including returns, credits, adjustments, and exchanges.
- Make system changes on delivery orders and notify appropriate personnel.
- Review and act upon manufacturer's warrantied issues, process service appointments, customer returns, and exchanges.
- At least 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle difficult customers with ease.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently, minimum of 35 wpm.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Internet.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Reliability.
