We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our faculty team as a Clinical Pathology Professor at the College of Veterinary Medicine, Midwestern University. As a member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in teaching and mentoring veterinary students, developing the pathology program, and contributing to the growth of our new veterinary college.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach and mentor veterinary students in clinical pathology
- Develop and implement the pathology program
- Contribute to the growth and development of the College of Veterinary Medicine
- Participate in scholarly activity and research
- DVM or equivalent degree (AVMA-accredited degree program preferred)
- Board certification by ACVP or ECVP (or eligibility)
- Excellent communication skills
- Teaching and diagnostic pathology experience
- A strong commitment to meeting the needs of students and an understanding of student-centered learning
- Ph.D. degree in a relevant field of study
- Additional advanced training in pathology
