Behavioral Support Specialist

At Full Bloom, we shine a positive light on students who need additional support in special education and alternative education settings nationwide. As a paraprofessional/behavior aide, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides aca support to students who require it most.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide behavioral support to students in a special education setting
- Assist students with daily living skills and academic tasks
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with students with special needs preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
