Job Description:

Join the Health & Human Services Comm team as a Behavioral Health Specialist V and contribute to the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior support plans to meet individual needs.
  • Provide training to staff on applied behavior analysis, individual behavior support plans, and other relevant topics.
  • Monitor and evaluate behavior support plans, psychiatric support plans, and skills acquisition plans to ensure effective implementation.
  • Document individual progress and provide data-driven insights to inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide behavioral analysis and behavioral health information and programming perspectives.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field.
  • At least six months of experience in providing services to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
  • Eligibility to pursue board certification as a behavior analyst.
