Pediatric Therapy Services Manager

The Manager-Children's Therapy Services is a key leadership role within Mary Bridge Children's Hospital & Health Network, responsible for the growth, development, and operations of an assigned Children's Therapy program. This position oversees all South Sound locations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute annual goals and objectives in alignment with Children's Therapy Services and Mary Bridge Children's strategic goals.
- Lead budgetary planning and accountability, ensuring fiscal responsibility and optimal resource allocation.
- Maintain survey readiness and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Foster employee engagement and development, promoting a positive work environment and high-performing team.
- Collaborate with the director to establish strategic vision and objectives, driving program growth and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy, or Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology.
- Current license in the State of Washington.
- Seven years of clinical experience, with three years of supervisory/leadership experience.
- Infant and Child CPR Certification.
