Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Pediatric Speech Therapy Manager to lead our Children's Therapy Services program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the growth, development, and operations of the program, including budgetary accountability, annual goal development and execution, and direct supervision of professional staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive program growth and excellence
  • Lead a team of professional staff to deliver high-quality patient care and services
  • Manage program budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Collaborate with the director to establish strategic vision and objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy, or a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology
  • Current licensure in the State of Washington
  • Seven years of clinical experience, with three years of supervisory/leadership experience
  • Infant and Child CPR Certification

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $128,173.89 USD, with pay influenced by factors such as skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
