About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team at Aramark. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, providing friendly and efficient interactions with guests, clients, and colleagues.
  • Ensure all assigned areas, including corridors and ancillary spaces, are kept clean, neat, and sanitary, adhering to preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Inspect and utilize cleaning techniques as outlined in orientation guidelines, demonstrating efficient and safe use of equipment and solutions.
  • Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies, utilizing germicides and sterilizing equipment as necessary.
  • Employ universal precautions when disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Keep carts stocked with equipment and cleaning supplies, ensuring accurate labeling and proper functioning of equipment.
  • Promote effective interpersonal relationships, maintaining professional conduct at all times.
  • Assist in improving productivity and efficient operations of the department, adhering to training commitments.
Requirements
  • Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Effective communication skills are necessary for interacting with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
  • Ability to respond effectively to changing demands.
