Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms and common areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness and comfort.
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies.
  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and move quickly and efficiently around the resort.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
