Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Control: Accurately manage store inventory, including receiving, transferring, and conducting product counts, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize losses.
  • Associate Development: Recruit, train, and develop store personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Store Operations: Prepare store schedules, open and close the store, and ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role in a retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop store personnel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
