  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize costs and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to team members through coaching and performance evaluations.
  • Address and resolve issues related to customer shipments and logistics.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and information flow.
  • Ensure a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain or warehouse operations.
  • At least 6 years of leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Proven ability to manage complex relationships with customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or APICS certification.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma.
  • Familiarity with logistics and ERP/WMS systems.
  • Lean Sigma certification or experience.
  • Project management skills.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP systems.
