Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our team at Lincoln Memorial University's DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing learning support and instruction to osteopathic medical students in the areas of clinical and interpersonal patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of osteopathic medical students
  • Collaborate with faculty members to design and deliver curriculum that meets the needs of students and the healthcare industry
  • Provide individualized instruction and feedback to students to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in patient care and healthcare education to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and effective
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Experience in clinical education and patient care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
