Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Nutritional Care Plans: Work with healthcare teams to create personalized nutritional care plans for patients, taking into account their medical history, dietary needs, and lifestyle.
- Conduct Nutritional Assessments: Perform thorough nutritional assessments to identify patients' nutritional needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Provide Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on healthy eating habits, meal planning, and nutrition-related topics.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:
