Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development and execution of digital fundraising campaigns to engage HPM members and promote giving.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Analyze data to inform campaign decisions and optimize results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and technology staff.
  • Synchronize schedules with membership fundraising partners and HPM Creative team to meet deadlines.
  • Provide periodic reports on web and social media activity, form usage, and trends.
  • Evaluate content effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in digital fundraising or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary:$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
