Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group, has consolidated a portion of the highly skilled workforce from both LiRo and Hill to form a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to better serve our clients. The LiRo Group is a firm with over 1100 employees and multiple offices across the Northeast.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all work is executed in compliance with contract specifications.
  • Maintain active collaboration with the REI team, on-site managers, design consultants, and construction teams.
  • Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs), Submittals, and review Shop Drawings.
  • Oversee Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing (MEP) Contractor Coordination on-site.
  • Manage Owner Request Changes.
  • Assist the Project Manager with Design & Construction Pay Application Review.
  • Review MEP Change Orders.
  • Evaluate work quality and manage punch lists and commissioning reports.
Qualifications
  • At least 5-10 years of successful experience in construction management, specifically in general building construction or MEP systems for public facilities.
  • Ability to engage with clients to comprehend their needs and project scopes while coordinating with end-users.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
