We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Designer to join our team at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers. As a CAD Designer, you will play a critical role in designing sophisticated implant-based dental prosthetics using advanced technical skills and CAD software.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Design full arch dental interim restorations following ClearChoice doctors' prescriptions using Exocad Design Software.
- Technical Expertise: Understand scanned dentition models and import into CAD software.
- Team Collaboration: Support a positive culture within the Center through respectful and appropriate working relationships.
- Process Improvement: Coordinate and participate in CAD process improvements.
- Support Functions: Assist with Analog functions as needed.
- Experience: Experience with Exocad digital denture design software.
- Knowledge: Understanding of full arch restoration setups, processes, and terminology.
- Skills: Knowledge of fundamental occlusal principles, schemes, and classifications as they apply to the fabrication of various dental prostheses.
- Time Management: Ability to meet tight deadlines, while consistently producing quality restorations.
- Communication: Excellent computer skills, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Dental Knowledge: Proficient in dental anatomy and terminology.
- Administrative Skills: Possess excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Dental Prosthetics: Knowledge of full arch hybrid restorations, complete dentures, overdentures, implant-based restorative techniques, and basic knowledge of dental science, materials, anatomy, and esthetics.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google-based systems (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slide).
- Compensation: $28.00-$32.00/hour base compensation DOE.
- Bonuses: Eligible for quarterly or annual bonuses (potential bonuses are merit-based).
