The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in heme/onc or inpatient medicine, with a strong background in clinical procedures including bone marrow biopsies and lumbar punctures. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for patients, ensuring a smooth transition from inpatient to outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in collaboration with the hematology/oncology attending physicians, fellows, and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver daily care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring timely communication with the care team
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies
  • NYS licensure and NCCPA certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in heme/onc or inpatient medicine
