Salary
$108,000 - $118,000 per year
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop effective care plans.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.
* Coordinate diagnostic tests and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring timely and efficient communication with patients and healthcare teams.
* Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, test results, and treatment plans in the electronic medical record system.
* Provide education to patients on their conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies as needed.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience as a Registered Nurse.
* Approximately 2 years of related work experience in a healthcare setting.
* Current NY State Registered Nurse License & Registration.
* BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
* Infection Control Certificate.
