Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Resolute Health Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to physicians
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current Texas State License for Registered Nurse
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Two years of experience in acute care, preferably in med/surg, telemetry, or ICU
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Two years of experience in critical care
