Role Summary:
As a Manufacturing Engineering Project Leader, you will be at the forefront of executing new manufacturing equipment initiatives. Collaborating closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Product Development teams, you will drive projects that align with our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of new manufacturing equipment projects.
- Collaborate with Product Development to define product specifications, performance metrics, capacity, and cost structures.
- Develop comprehensive plans for equipment, process design, and installation to ensure seamless integration into operations.
- Engage with equipment suppliers to establish machine purchase criteria and performance specifications, overseeing the relationship from equipment build to factory acceptance testing and installation.
- Manage the entire process design and acquisition, ensuring all equipment is properly documented for maintenance and repair.
- Assist Manufacturing Maintenance with preventive maintenance schedules and spare parts management.
- Partner with Quality Assurance to create product specifications, work instructions, and safety documentation.
- Facilitate the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques to promote a culture of efficiency and waste reduction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Highly organized self-starter with sound judgment.
- Excellent analytical capabilities and attention to technical detail.
