We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Spanish Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging your excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring that you can effectively communicate their value to our customers.
  • Work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our dealership.

Requirements:

  • Two years of post-secondary education or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years' work experience in customer service or business, demonstrating the ability to communicate professionally with a variety of people and work under pressure.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs and ability to work with multiple computer and phone applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.
