Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive prompt and professional service, with a focus on providing personalized attention and exceeding their expectations.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of front office staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Financial Management: Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans, and monitor budget and control labor costs and expenses.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of two years front office supervisory/management experience in a hotel property of similar size and quality.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
