Bloom Energy is a leading provider of clean energy solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Legal Operations to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the company's contracting life cycle, including origination, negotiation, and deployment.
- Develop and implement systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and SOX controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and Installation Group, to ensure seamless execution of contracts.
- Review, revise, draft, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, engagement letters, service agreements, referral agreements, and other supporting documentation.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by legal team members.
- Proven experience in legal operations, with a focus on contract management.
- Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment and work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with attorneys and other team members.
- Experience with implementing a CLM (contract lifecycle management software) and knowledge of Salesforce.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and provide high-quality products in a timely manner.
