Senior Manager, Legal Operations

Bloom Energy is a leading provider of clean energy solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Legal Operations to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the company's contracting life cycle, including origination, deployment, and contract management.
- Develop and implement systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and goals, as well as SOX controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Installation Group, Service, Compliance, Products, Marketing, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
- Review, revise, draft, and negotiate contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, engagement letters, service agreements, referral agreements, and ancillary documentation.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by legal team members.
- Material legal operations experience.
- Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work closely with attorneys and others on the team.
- Experience and knowledge of best practices.
- Enjoys problem solving and developing new processes.
- Experience with implementing a CLM (contract lifecycle management software).
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work load.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Ability to provide high quality product in a timely manner.
- Efficient, effective, and well organized.

Salary Ranges: $161,000.00 - $232,500.00
