Master Aircraft Technician A&P

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our aircraft maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Gulfstream aircraft, including inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and lead teams in the performance of maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with inspection teams to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and internal quality control procedures.
- Identify and recommend improvements to maintenance processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Participate in problem-solving initiatives and process implementation to drive continuous improvement.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 8 years of aviation maintenance experience, including 4 years of experience working on Gulfstream mid/large size aircraft.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic Certificate required; valid driver's license required.
- Advanced knowledge of inspection and maintenance procedures for various aircraft models and systems.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
