We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Expert to join our team at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in the maintenance and repair of our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Expertise: Provide advanced technical support and guidance to maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor junior technicians, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of maintenance personnel.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in aviation maintenance, with a focus on Gulfstream aircraft.
- Certifications: FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic Certificate required.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of inspection and maintenance procedures, FAA regulations, and company policies.
