Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead crews to meet project timelines and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Help with training of crew members and ensure they are following company safety policies and procedures
  • Read and understand blueprints and technical documents to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems
  • Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
  • Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide input on project planning and execution
  • Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Safely use heavy equipment and machinery to perform work in all weather conditions
Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States for this company
  • Have a valid driver's license and a High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
  • Have at least three years of related work experience and previous Foreman experience is preferred
  • Be able to work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds
