As a Sr. FP&A Analyst, you will be instrumental in steering the financial strategy and performance analysis within the telecom sector. Focus:
- Lead and manage the company’s financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the telecom sector.
- Monitor key financial metrics and operational KPIs, providing actionable insights to drive performance.
- Collaborate with key business units, including Sales, Operations, and Technology, to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, translating complex data into meaningful recommendations.
- Analyze cost structures, identify areas for optimization, and support margin enhancement initiatives.
- Develop scenario models to evaluate new business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes, enhancing accuracy, reporting speed, and data quality.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly within the telecommunications industry.
- Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Deep understanding of key telecom metrics such as ARPU, churn rates, and network expenditure.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong capability to articulate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
