Territory Manager, Interventional Pain Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our Interventional Pain team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the pain management market. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge medical devices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and business leaders in assigned markets
- Optimize opportunities and generate new customer leads while protecting existing market share
- Manage a capital sales funnel and increase utilization at existing accounts
- Drive contract management and local price negotiations
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- At least three years of demonstrated success in medical device sales
- Understanding of the hospital/ASC buying process, including GPOs, IDNs, and distributors
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to travel frequently and overnight
- Experience working in the pain management field
- Capital equipment sales experience
- Hospital, operating room, and physician sales experience
- Five years or more of medical device sales experience with documented growth and achievements
