Sewing Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Sewing Specialist to join our team at the Life Skills & Transition Center in Grafton, North Dakota. As a key member of our Adaptive Equipment Services team, you will provide alteration and sewing services to individuals supported by our center. Your expertise will be essential in helping us deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide alteration and repair services for clothing and other textiles
* Assist in completing sewing-related projects for wheelchairs and other seating systems
* Operate a sewing machine efficiently and effectively
* Communicate project completions and document work in a management reporting program

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong sewing skills and knowledge of alteration techniques
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Detail-oriented and committed to quality service
