Technical Support Specialist

Morris Technology Solutions is seeking a skilled Desktop/Field Technician to join our team in Shreveport for a 10-week project.
This is an onsite position in the Shreveport area, and the selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring computer performance, updating inventory, and resolving issues on LAN/WAN, VoIP telephone, biometric, and AV systems connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Update and manage computer inventory and equipment.
- Resolve technical issues on LAN/WAN, VoIP telephone, biometric, and AV systems connections.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with end-users.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet project timelines and changing priorities.
Location and Duration:
This position is based onsite in Shreveport and involves working on a critical project for a health clinic in the area. The duration of the project is slated for 10 weeks. Candidates from nearby who are willing to travel for the project will also be considered.
