Robotics Engineer

As a Robotics Engineer - Technical Support Specialist at Kaleidoscope, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our early-stage Manipulation workcells. Your expertise in robotics and technical support will be essential in providing on-site engineering resources for the development of these workcells.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with experience in robotic work cells and manufacturing or fulfillment center environments. You will be responsible for facilitating daily operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the workcells, as well as collaborating with remote hardware and software development teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating daily operation and maintenance of the workcells
• Collaborating with remote hardware and software development teams
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Performing planned and unplanned maintenance and repairs
• Installing hardware changes and updates
• Providing documentation and updates as directed
