Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Provision People is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary:

The LPN will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
  • Collect specimens, such as blood and urine samples.
  • Perform basic nursing procedures, such as wound care and catheterization.
  • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
  • Maintain patient charts and records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Report any changes in patient condition to the registered nurse.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in team meetings and in-service training.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited LPN program.
  • Current LPN license in good standing.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
