Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
Maintain patient charts and records.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Report any changes in patient condition to the registered nurse.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Participate in team meetings and in-service training.
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited LPN/LVN program.
Current LPN/LVN license in good standing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
