**About the Role**

IT Concepts is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our team in delivering innovative technology solutions to our government customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your knowledge of office missions to identify current and future needs, evaluating and integrating new technologies into office multilateral operations.
  • Support the office on all technology issues, projects, and initiatives related to Agency's multilateral partnerships.
  • Promote requirements to enable future multi-partner collaboration and sharing.
  • Provide technical expertise to desk officers in support of visits, trips, exchanges, and other initiatives.
  • Assist the office in developing multilateral technology requirements for future program builds.
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations in support of changes to classified partnerships.
  • Support programmatic requirements for enhancements to, or replacement of critical Disclosure and Release tools.
  • Develop solutions for relevant Agency elements related to ongoing Identity Access/Identity Management efforts on foreign partnerships.
  • Be involved in all phases of program process lifecycle, including tool maintenance and updates.
  • Recommend best software tools to support current workflows.
  • Assist mission partners with defining, building, and executing their requirements out of VTC and partners collaboration spaces.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in using project management tools, techniques, and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, using, or evaluating enterprise architectures using common architecture methodology such as the DOD Architecture Framework (DOD), Federal Enterprise Architecture, or Zachman models.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing initial and long-range goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience providing recommendations and draft solutions regarding technology challenges to assist office and agency leadership regarding foreign partner engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience using, developing, and maintaining SharePoint.
  • Experience managing a team of 15-25 full-time employees.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required, with ability to take a CI Poly.

Desired Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in using presentation techniques and visualization effects to develop effective briefing materials.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating monthly meetings and updates.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining complete chronological history of significant events and decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing and verifying funding and program requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing financial and logistics plans.
