We're looking for a creative and strategic thinker who will design, develop, and implement impactful training solutions to empower our customer service team with the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional fan experiences.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that may require weekend, holiday, daytime, and/or evening hours. The role will begin as in-office 5 days per week for the first 3-6 months and then will shift to in-office 3 days per week to ensure cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct needs analyses to identify performance gaps and areas for training development.
- Partner with subject matter experts to gather, structure, and translate complex information into engaging learning experiences.
- Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, simulations, job aids, assessments, videos, and other resources, adhering to adult learning principles.
- Manage and execute training projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and retention of training programs using a variety of metrics and recommend changes for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of instructional design trends and best practices.
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
- Experience with communications, graphic design, and authoring tools.
- Experience with adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Experience designing and developing training programs for customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
