Position Summary: The Operations Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing daily store functions. This includes responsibilities related to revenue generation, safety protocols, customer satisfaction, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the store is securely opened and closed each day.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets through unit rentals, insurance offerings, and retail product sales.
  • Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers alike.
  • Promote a culture of accountability in customer service; address customer inquiries and service requests effectively.
  • Handle financial transactions, including cash management and bank deposits, with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee the security of company assets and ensure the upkeep of equipment and premises.
  • Manage inventory processes, including ordering, stocking, pricing, and displaying products efficiently.
  • Assist the General Manager with the auction process, including collection communications and preparation for new tenants.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work in diverse environmental conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business management, real estate, logistics, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail, property management, or customer service sectors.
