About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Federal Account Growth Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for attaining quarterly bookings targets and overall renewal and expansion metrics. You will work closely with field sales to promote renewal strategy and manage or support the renewal process across your assigned account territory.

The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and be able to adapt and evolve processes and playbooks to maximize renewal and expansion revenue. They will also be able to manage opportunities in Salesforce and own discussions around forecast and pipeline.
