Chicago, Illinois, United States Carrum Health Full time

Carrum Health is a health tech company that brings value-based care to the masses. We help employers deliver a memorable patient experience, immediately lower healthcare costs, and drive better outcomes through the power of technology and human-centered design.

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Navigator Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Care Management Team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, non-medical support to patients throughout their episode of care. Your primary focus will be on guiding patients through our program, from initial onboarding through the completion of their surgery, while ensuring an individualized, high-touch experience for each Carrum patient.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of what high-touch patient care and support entails, including basic knowledge of clinical terminology. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including speaking with clarity and concision, active listening, and the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.

As a Healthcare Navigator Specialist, you will work closely with our clinical teams at Carrum's Centers of Excellence to provide personalized support to patients. Your duties will include collaborating with other Care Management team members to continuously evaluate where procedures can be streamlined or policies updated, as well as working cross-functionally to ensure the patient's voice is addressed in everything from product enhancements to marketing and customer success.

We offer a competitive salary range of $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on level of experience and geographic location. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we also offer stock option plans, flexible schedules, and remote work opportunities.
