  • Proficiently use Outlook, Word, and Excel to manage tasks, create proposals, and track job costing.
  • Ensure all proposals and pricing documents are 100% compliant with existing contracting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships with staff, vendors, and customers.
  • Assist with unit replacement quotes and provide chiller knowledge and familiarity as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with purchasing requirements and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Ability to walk a job and build an estimate on findings.
  • Strong customer support and relationship building skills.
  • Flexible and multitask oriented, with a willingness to respond to changing workloads.
  • Excellent organization skills, accuracy, and dependability.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of HVAC industry standards and regulations.
  • Experience with job costing and pricing software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
