Your Role

The Business Solutions Administrator is essential in driving operational excellence by enhancing our business solutions and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various teams to optimize business solutions.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert, maintaining knowledge of configurations and functionalities of all business solutions.
  • Act as the system administrator, overseeing user management, roles, profiles, and configurations.
  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and user permissions.
  • Ensure the quality of business solutions through rigorous testing and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor the use of business solutions and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Work with vendors to resolve issues and manage enhancement requests.
  • Assist in creating documentation for processes and procedures related to business solutions.
  • Stay informed about upcoming releases and their implications for our operations.
  • Educate users on new features and updates.
  • Conduct regular audits of workflows and report findings.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support daily operations.
  • Help develop training materials and coordinate training sessions.
  • Maintain internal documentation regarding configurations and updates.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Additional certifications in related areas are advantageous.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in business solutions or systems administration.
  • Familiarity with various business solutions, including CRM platforms, project management tools, and electronic health records.
  • Experience in healthcare or social services is a plus.

Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
