- Salary range: $73,000 - $83,000 based on experience
Your Role
The Business Solutions Administrator is essential in driving operational excellence by enhancing our business solutions and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams to optimize business solutions.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, maintaining knowledge of configurations and functionalities of all business solutions.
- Act as the system administrator, overseeing user management, roles, profiles, and configurations.
- Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and user permissions.
- Ensure the quality of business solutions through rigorous testing and troubleshooting.
- Monitor the use of business solutions and escalate issues as necessary.
- Work with vendors to resolve issues and manage enhancement requests.
- Assist in creating documentation for processes and procedures related to business solutions.
- Stay informed about upcoming releases and their implications for our operations.
- Educate users on new features and updates.
- Conduct regular audits of workflows and report findings.
- Provide high-quality customer service and support daily operations.
- Help develop training materials and coordinate training sessions.
- Maintain internal documentation regarding configurations and updates.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Additional certifications in related areas are advantageous.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in business solutions or systems administration.
- Familiarity with various business solutions, including CRM platforms, project management tools, and electronic health records.
- Experience in healthcare or social services is a plus.
Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
Physical Requirements
