Your Role

The Business Solutions Administrator is essential in driving operational excellence by optimizing our business solutions through effective execution of the solutions roadmap and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance the effectiveness of business solutions.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert, maintaining in-depth knowledge of configuration, technical specifications, and functional capabilities of all business solutions.
  • Serve as the system administrator for business solutions, overseeing user management, roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and configurations beyond end-user capabilities.
  • Develop and manage dashboards, layouts, reports, user groups, permission sets, process automation, application integrations, and other configurable elements of applications.
  • Ensure the quality of business solutions through thorough testing and proactive issue identification and resolution.
  • Monitor the appropriate use of business solutions, addressing or escalating issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business solution vendors to resolve issues and manage enhancement requests.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of process documentation and standard operating procedures in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay informed about planned releases of business solutions, including testing and analyzing impacts of new functionalities, and develop recommendations for their implementation.
  • Educate end-users on updates and new features of business solutions.
  • Conduct regular audits of activities and workflows, reporting findings to necessary stakeholders.
  • Provide high-quality customer service in daily operations, addressing inquiries effectively.
  • Support the development and maintenance of training materials and reference guides.
  • Coordinate training sessions, manage attendance, and deliver user training on business solutions.
  • Maintain and disseminate internal and external configuration documentation, including updates related to configuration changes.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • Continued education or certification in a related area is advantageous.

Professional Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in business solutions, systems administration, or analysis is required.
  • Familiarity with various business solutions, including but not limited to:
    • Customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
    • Project management tools
    • E-signature and contracting tools
    • Referral platforms
    • Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
    • Electronic Health Records/Case Management Systems
    • Revenue Cycle Management systems
    • Cloud-based vendor licensed products
    • Flowchart and diagramming applications (e.g., Lucid Chart, Visio)
  • Experience in healthcare or social service sectors is a plus.

Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional time-management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
  • Project management knowledge is a plus.
