Core Responsibilities

As an integral member of our equipment team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our equipment management system. Your primary duties will include:

  • Packing and unpacking equipment orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conducting thorough inspections of outgoing equipment to guarantee its functionality and readiness for use
  • Transporting equipment to and from job sites and sub-vendors in a safe and responsible manner
  • Preparing estimates for clients as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service by answering client inquiries and resolving any equipment-related issues
  • Collaborating with our leadership team, departments, and staff to maintain a high level of operational efficiency

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience with barcode scanning systems and general inventory management
  • Proficiency in computer software and Google Suite applications
  • A willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and experience with cargo vans, sprinters, and cube trucks
  • Previous experience with photo and film equipment is highly desirable, including digital and computer equipment
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
