About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at LensCrafters. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring customers receive the best possible vision solution.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, providing a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are visually appealing.
  • Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect and dignity.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through effective use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
