Job Title: Financial Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Account Manager to join our team at Interroll. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial records, meeting reporting deadlines, and establishing internal controls and guidelines for preparing transactions that comply with GAAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial statements, including sales reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash forecasts.
  • Prepare the annual budget and update quarterly forecasts based on performance.
  • Reconcile monthly sales reports and order intake reports by product groups, along with revenue recognition.
  • Perform account receivable functions, including deposits and collections.
  • Reconcile monthly cash receipts to customer invoices and reconcile between payments in advance.
  • Generate and send monthly statements to customers.
  • Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function, including reviewing, coding, and processing payments.
  • Reconcile affiliate-company payables to customer sales and confirm month-end balances.
  • Work with various exchange rates.
  • Maintain a fixed asset schedule, including capitalization and disposal of fixed assets.
  • Reconcile and analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts monthly and review for variances.
  • Send required documents to local accounts for tax calculations.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Possess at least 4 years of similar or related experience, preferably in Manufacturing.
  • Possess advanced proficiency in one or more software programs, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Possess intermediate mathematical skills, performing calculations involving decimals, percentages, fractions, etc.
  • Possess judgment and decision-making qualities for situations that go beyond clear, concise guidelines and the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
  • Possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical information, such as financial reports and legal documents.
  • Possess well-developed communication skills and the ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or management.
  • Possess the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Physical Demands:

While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, handle, or feel, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision. The noise level in the work environment is generally quiet.
