The Manager plays a pivotal role as the chief officer for retention and safety, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards through data-driven decision-making and proactive risk mitigation strategies. Required Qualifications:

- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Instructor Certification
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in nursing management is required.
Skills:
