Job Title: Sales Manager - CycleBar

CycleBar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within our studio, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet studio sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, members, and staff to drive sales and retention.
  • Manage and train a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a retail or service-based industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in data management and analysis.
