- Strong decision-making skills based on technical performance and risk management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technical discipline.
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including leadership roles in high-stakes operations.
- Experience with on-orbit operations and as a console operator.
- Background in training or instructing for high-risk environments.
